Quattro Stagioni at Ariel Modern Italian — saajana's Review (May 30, 2022)

The place doesn't exactly have anything vegan friendly. They recommended this pizza without the mozzarella cheese for it to be vegan which is apparently the choice most vegans go for. It has roast pepper, artichoke, olives, mushroom and spring onion. I asked for mashed avo over as a "cheese" substitute but they apparently cannot mash avo so just added slices. It was very difficult to eat as the base is very thin and drenched in evoo. Would not order again.
