Review of Ginger-Scallion Sausage - Sweet Earth by teamfidler
These were ok. The flavor saved them. The skin comes off easy, the inside falls apart easily and they are meh consistency. I put them w/ Italian Oyster mushrooms, green bell, white onion, salt/pepper and oregano. I wrapped it in a burrito that had avocado mayo. Maybe the avocado helped save it too 😬
