Wow!! This cheese is amazing!! It arrived packaged very well with 2 freezer packs. Shipping was very reasonable. Jacklyn emailed me after delivery to make sure it arrived and in what condition. Made sure I put it in the freezer until ready to use. Let me know to shred when it was still partially frozen. I bought a grater for this and it was so worth it. The cheese tastes amazing. I made an eggplant sandwich, it was so good. Great product!!
