Review of Vegan Collagen Boost - Rae Wellness by usa-ute
Adding a collagen supplement to my diet due to my autoimmune disease and the effect it is having on my entire body was recommended by one of my physicians. I figured it would be worth a try. I finally found a vegan version to add to my diet. I chose an unflavored product so I could add it to smoothies or other beverages without any additional unexpected flavor notes.
I’ve found I need to eat before I consume this as it tends to make me feel nauseated. K do take other meds but the effect was strongest when I consumed this product in an empty stomach.
It’s a bit pricey so I don’t plan to use it long-term.
