Not my favourite burger patties but great for something different (they’re made with seaweed; you don’t get much more unique than that!) 🪸
We cooked them in the air fryer and they didn’t come out that well, but then our neighbours served them for dinner fresh off the BBQ and they were really good! So definitely try them on the BBQ rather than the air fryer 😝
