Southwest Quesadilla at Fruitive — ALEXA's Review (May 28, 2022)

Always kinda had a thing for a nice Quesadilla (it has to be good tho) and I’m not mad at this Southwest style one bit! The whole wheat tortilla is filled with cashew cheeze, wild rice, black bean-corn salsa, red pepper, & carmelized onions and comes with guac, pico de gallo, and garlic cashew cream - so packed full of fresh, delicious flavors that you don't even miss any chk'n / not meat!! Also, love the option to order 1/2 or a whole (wish more places would do this!!) 🥑🍅🌯🫘🧀 #saveveganrestaurants
