
If you're avoiding wheat this is fine for toast or a sandwich. The slices are very thin rectangles that aren't sturdy enough if you want a multi ingredient sandwich though. Whole kernel rye, salt, oat fiber, yeast. May contain traces of sesame, soy, milk and tree nuts. Am vegan but I've chosen to accept the "may contain traces of milk" because I'm avoiding wheat and it's tough finding a bread that I can live with. I make buckwheat bread sometimes. Sometimes.
