I used this cheese for cold sandwiches and I also put it on bread then in oven, in both situations it was quite good and me and my non vegan friends enjoyed it. I think it tastes a bit like coconut but I m getting used to it or mixed with other veggies / hitten up, it is really a good cheese alternative.
