I LOVE these Good & Gather snack bars from Target! I wanted to give them a try because of the simple ingredients list (just dates, cashews, chocolate chips, and sea salt) but they exceeded my expectations and have become a staple in my pantry over the last few months. They’re pretty chewy and much less sticky than RXBARs and other competitors. There are also additional flavors to try if you’re not a chocolate person. I highly recommend!
