Review of Raw Berry Dream Cake at Goji Cafe Vegetarian Cafe & Deli by vegpledge

Wow wow wow! I saw this raw berry #cheesecake in the Goji #cafe window display and just had to try some! It is made from tofu, on a flapjack-like base. I can’t quite describe the taste (it didn’t have a very strong #berry flavour, and was subtly sweet), but it was rich and creamy, and slightly melty in the warm air. I love the stripes and colour!
