Lobster Roll at Serenity Now — Kate Louise Powell's Review (May 24, 2022)

I love it when I try a dish that I’ve never seen offered anywhere before! 🦞🚫 This ‘lobster’ was made of heart of palm and had a lemon butter sauce, it was absolutely divine. The texture was soft and flaky and meaty whilst still being delicate, and you could sort of wrap the gem lettuce around the filling to stop it falling everywhere when eating it… I personally didn’t think it needed the crispy bits because there was already so much beautiful flavour and texture going on.
