Killiney Kopitiam - Lucky Plaza

Rice noodle rolls made of rice flour, water and a little oil that is steamed in thin sheets. 

I can say it was the best Chee Cheong Fun that I’ve ever had. it was served very hot & fresh.

Actually I went to the Penang Road Outlet, but couldn’t find the location
