Delicious cold vegetable soup with toasted bread. Tastes great and very refreshing now in this hot weather in Spain. 
l’Encant Vegetariá is really a good restaurant. All dishes are self made and at noon they have a course of three dishes, with dessert and beverage. Very economical.
