Rendang Lion’s Mane Mushroom Rice at Sunnychoice — Ziggy Radiobear's Review (May 22, 2022)

Rendang was thick and coconut-y. Lion's mane mushrooms and potatoes were well cooked in the gravy. Incorporated well. Went well with the rice and a side of achar.
