These coconut chips have a very pleasing crunchy texture and delicious coconut flavor. I love the fact that they are lightly salted. This enables the snacker to taste more of the coconut. They almost take the place of potato chips. Indeed, if one were trying to watch their carb intake this would be an excellent way to do so. If you like coconut, you will likely like these chips.
