With the American stigma around soy, it can be really hard to find plain soy yogurt so I was surprised to find this one. Basic ingredient list and good taste! (I'm having it w cinnamon squares, frozen blueberries, and some homemade chia pudding). I don't mind that it has sugar because in an unsweetened cow's milk yogurt, this would just be the lactose naturally in cow's milk.
Also cool that Silk is a B-Corp. Wish this yogurt was organic though... organic soy is the way to go to avoid Round-Upš¬
Main reason I got this is to get the cultures to make my own soy yogurt because I make homemade soy milk:) hopefully this works
