Many people equate Vitamin C primarily as an aid in warding off colds, however, it's also vital to immune function and the maintenance of bone, skin, teeth, joints etc... I supplement with it as an enhancement to my dietary intake. The quality and price point of this product is great. The tablets are on the large side but I'm okay with it.
