This is a great way to get a large dose of omegas easily. You can add it to smoothies and other foods, but make sure it doesn’t get heated. It will lose its nutritional values. You can take it on its own, but woo hoo it’s a challenge for me to swallow pure oil. If you can handle it, then kudos! :)
