Kinoko at Heybo — Omni on a journey's Review (May 19, 2022)

I had high hopes for this one. Had all the makings of a wonderful combination. Soba noodles, mushrooms, avocado ... But the noodles were overcooked, the mock meat tasted a little too oriental to go with the Japanese theme, and the flavours just didn't go well together.
