Loved the inventiveness of using #beehoon with #leicha, loved the superb presentation with that elegant teapot and the ingredients segregated into tiny ceramic dishes, but this was just #toohealthy 😔
Raw #cashew nuts where others would use kacang goreng, no fried tofu, and a litany of raw vegetables (#lettuce, #sweetcorn, #carrot, chopped #longbeans, #cabbage, #cucumber, and pickled #ginger). The highlight was probably the #eryngii mushroom bits. The #tea sauce was okay rather than outstanding 😐
