This is a must have in my kitchen. I don’t have time or patience to squeeze lemons and I use a lot of lemon in my cooking. This doesn’t have a weird flavor like other lemon juices. It’s true to taste, but it is a bit concentrated in flavor compared to fresh lemons, so go easy.
