I’m screaming I got woken up at 2:51am so it’s now 5:23am and my body still refuses to sleep and my brain is playing the Goat Simulator theme song on repeat 🥲 At least it’s #throwbackthursday though so I get to revisit this dish I had a few weeks back when I was in Penang with my beloved #significantomnivore @synthwave0470 💕 I got this on her recommendation that the omnivore equivalent is supposedly a very nice dish, but after trying this even she thinks this it’s very impressive! #omnivoreapproved The #veganpork they use is pretty impressive, but I think it’s just an out of the box thing so really the way they prepared it is just.. 🤤 Soy sauce, a little gingery, and goat knows what else! Accessibility is a vegan problem and we ought to make amazing plant-based dishes like this available easily for all 🌱 #throwback #govegan
