Review of Sushi at Franchia Vegan Cafe by kathryncberlin
The most delicious and addictive vegan sushi that can be found in NYC! The rolls featured in the photo are all personal favorites; volcano roll, crispy tofu skin roll, aparagus and avocado roll, and spicy "chicken" roll with brown rice on the outside! The flavors and textures are so amazing they have converted me into a vegan sushi lover forever. Although a bit on the pricey side, it is worth every bite. If I could afford to, I would order take out from Franchia's everyday.
Besides their sushi they serve up the most delectable kimchi dumplings (steamed or fried), stone bowls, and drunken basil noodles! Make sure to also check out their speciality cocktail and tea menu.
