Always loved Firestone's bread. This one is of no exception. Garlic smelled stronger than it tasted. That's ok. Love the sundried tomatoes in it, enhanced the tang in the bread. Bread had soft crumb as usual, with the help of the malt. The crust was baked to perfection, good browning.
