Veggie Italian at Better Half — pdxveg's Review (May 15, 2022)

This consisted of meaty, authentic-tasting house-made animal-free salami and ham, 🐮🥛-free provolone, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, pickled peppers, vegan dijonnaise, and an oil and vinegar drizzle on a satisfyingly chewy ciabatta hoagie. The mix of meaty, cheesy, and creamy with crisp, fresh veggies was very satisfying. Served with a pickle and thick-cut house-made potato chips with skin on the edges and sprinkled with herbs. There is a vegan option for each of their sandwiches.
