I love it on the back of the container says vegan gluten-free verified non-GMO it's an anti-stress drink that could help you maybe to get to sleep and it's made of magnesium and because were suffering from stress I know I am magnesium is a good thing for me so I recommend this I just wish that they would make the packaging in paper not plastic
