Ita: nella consistenza ricordano molto gli straccetti di pollo. Il sapore è abbastanza delicato. Al momento penso si tratti del miglior sostituto di carne di pollo tra quelli che ho provato.
Eng: regarding the consistency they are quite similar to the strips of chicken. The flavour is delicate. Up to now, the best chicken substitute between the ones that I have tried.
