No vegan breakfast dishes so replaced the egg and bacon with hash browns and mushrooms - they were kind enough to do so. Whole lotta potato but I have a love affair with the potato so enjoyed it. Will go for fried onion rings and mushrooms next time or they may even have vegan options then 🤞
