I use this milk for making homemade yogurt. It mimics dairy milk very well. My daughter in law brought this product and it’s yogurt recipe home. The end product is a perfect yogurt that goes well with so many Indian dishes. Also I make raita and kadhi (Indian dishes) from homemade yogurt. I learned what was missing from my plate, once I started using Eden soy milk.
