Review of Burro d’arachidi liscio - Whole Earth by piccolacucinadicasa
🇮🇹: Personalmente non vado matta per il burro d’arachidi, però questo è un mio gusto. Ad ogni modo, questa marca mi ha convinto! Una volta mescolato per emulsionare la sospensione oleosa dalla parte più solida (indice del fatto che non viene aggiunto altro, a parte le arachidi! 🥰), la crema risulta sempre molto liscia e setosa.
Il prodotto è biologico, seppur non di coltivazione europea. Non ricordo il prezzo, si aggira penso attorno ai 3-4€ al vasetto.
Io lo uso per colazione spalmato sul pane / sulle fette biscottate / sulle gallette con sopra uno strato di marmellata! Ma ha anche molti altri impieghi, come ad esempio l’utilizzo in ricette orientali (devo ancora provarci!) 💪🏻
🇬🇧: Personally, I’m not very keen on peanut butter, but this is only my opinion (and taste). Anyway, this brand convinced me! Once you mix up the suspended oily part with the solid one below (this proving that there are only peanuts in this product, nothing else added!) the butter is very smooth and silky.
The product is organic, even though not from EU agriculture. I don’t remember the price, I suppose it was between 3 and 4€.
I use it for breakfast, spread on bread, with a layer of jam 🥰 but I know for sure there are other uses of this, for example Asian cuisine (I haven’t tried them already, but I must try in the future!) 💪🏻
