This coconut milk was a good value at Big Lots, but unfortunately the cream doesn't separate in the fridge like some others. I wanted to add just the cream to my chili but had to drizzle it in whole. Luckily the spices in the chili hide the coconut flavor. I can use the rest in another recipe.
