Super excited to find these vegan mochi at Wegmans! I like my mochi a little on the softer side so I let them sit out for about 10 min before enjoying. The outer layer is chewy and the ice cream inside is creamy and sweet. I like this flavor better than the chocolate ones which is surprising. 💲5 for the box
