4 stars only because shampoo and conditioner formula doesnt always work :') they need a specific formula on their own!! Anyway, good shampoo for dry hair! I used it yesterday after dying my hair, it made it soft! After this I used a conditioner, but if you have oily hair I guess this could be perfect if you dont want a hair routine with too many steps!
