Review of Gateau Frambois at Amour patisserie vegetale by glicinee
Very pretty. The taste let down a bit: kind of faint, texture isn't like a veg cheesecake inside, isn't thick nor creamy. I got the mono portion size.
Ingredients of pastries you find here are more nutritious than average veg cakes.
Feels like eating a cloud 👍 and wasn't expecting choosing it.
Their offer is all gluten free which is limitating a bit and higher price.
