Fresh California asparagus sautéed in vegan Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil was on the menu tonight. I added a bit of dill, onion, salt and pepper (also all vegan.)
I like this olive oil as it is at our local grocery store and is affordable. It tastes good to me for sautéing. I haven’t tried it for a dressing because I don’t do condiments, so I can’t speak to its use in that way. But it’s great for sautéing.
