The coconut milk flavor is coming through surprisingly strong on these, giving a slightly sweet nutty flavor to the underlying cauliflower flavor. Overall they're a little dry/boring, but these would probably be a good vehicle for some vegan feta or that vegan boursin garlic soft cheese
