Light and crispy, a bit like popcorn chicken. Small pieces so the ratio of breading to 'meat' was high. Read that it contains wheat protein, soy protein, and bamboo fibre. Probably not healthy but easy as an air fried snack. Contains alliums. $8.95/pack
