Granted the presentation isn't great (my bad) but the taste was really good.
It's very easy to prepare making it a great option for a fast lunch or a big brunch.
I added tomatoes, red pepper, onion, and parsley to the pan before adding the mix and it worked wonderfully.
Unfortunately I was out of Feta "cheese" but if you have it in the house I recommend putting some in the pan before adding the Omelette mix or on top before serving it for an amazing and tasty Greek Omelette.
