This Thai green curry sauce was pretty good. I was really hoping for a stronger flavor though. I should have added some additional green curry paste or more curry powder or something else to enhance it. It was just a little too bland for me, if I’m being honest. The stir fry vegetables and garbanzo beans I added definitely made it a lot better. I’ll probably just stick with one of Trader Joe’s frozen curry meals or just simmer up some green curry paste, coconut milk & spices next time. Cool quick & easy option though.
