Fig and apricot flatbread at Willow Vegan Bistro — chiefwhitepaw's Review (May 9, 2022)

If I could sing with each bite and not disturb other patrons, I would!! Everything from the dough to the cheese was PACKED with flavor, but it all tied so brilliantly together. This flatbread feeds a lot, so it’s a perfect shared dish. The presentation is beautiful, too. The only thing I’d say is please cut it down the (longitudinal) center- the pieces were a bit floppy to hold! Unless I was supposed to use a fork and knife like an adult???
