Very rich and creamy, it just melts in ur mouth. A little bit of a strange taste at first (slightly bitter) but once I was used to it I really enjoyed the chocolate. It tastes a bit fruity but I guess that must be the pink salt. The good thing about this chocolate is I feel pretty satisfied after a few pieces and don’t devour the whole bar in one sitting 😂
