Daiya has come a LONG way in the past few years...this Mac & Cheese is a testament to that!! It's my fave right now....topped off with some air fried broccoli for the purrfect Friday night dinner!

I used to eat this years ago. It was ok but not great. Maybe it’s changed! May have to investigate 😊
MOD pizza uses their cheese. It was so good that I didn't even know it was Daiya. Definitely come a long way.
