Good Catch fish free vegan tuna is an amazing vegan tuna. It is high in healthy protein and has a great flavor. I like to mix with mayo, onion and pickles for a perfect sandwich or make a tuna melt with it. When I went vegan I thought tuna was something I had to give up but thanks to Good Catch I can still have all my favorite tuna recipes
