Review of Plant based vanilla bean protein shake - Evolve by tammydillon

I found this Evolve flavor on clearance at CVS so I thought I would give it a try. It’s not bad but it’s not exactly my favorite. I likely wouldn’t buy it again. I still love that it’s only 140 calories for 20 grams of protein. Drinking one of these for breakfast keeps me full for three or four hours
