Mole Enchiladas at Panchos Vegan Tacos Restaurant — lovespigs's Review (May 5, 2022)

You can chose from 7 different vegan protein choices including cactus, mushroom, pulled jack…. This time I ordered chorizo vegan meat-it is a 100% Vegan restaurant-but it is hard to see it because the mole sauce is so dark Their food is good but as a consumer I don’t understand why Vegan entrees at Vegan Restaurants cost more than meat or cheese entrees at a regular restaurant. . Unlike regular Mexican restaurants they charge you for salsa & cilantro & lime etc…. I wish there prices were more affordable. It starts at $15.99 without salsa. As a vegan I do try to support Vegan restaurants & causes.
If you are visiting Las Vegas as a tourist they are on Uber Eats.
