Xing Hua Vegetarian Restaurant

Fried 'oyster' cakes that were crispy on the outside but soft and moist on the inside. I believe mushrooms were used as the 'oysters'. Flavourful and unique as I don't think I've seen vegan UFOs before! Surprisingly did not find this too greasy.
