Review of Black Magic Lasagna at Pura Vita by paniwilson

Wow this meal was incredible! This is a vegan restaurant that serves phenomenal Italian food. We loved everything we tried here but especially this Black Magic Lasagna! It has cashew ricotta, besciamela, spinach, mushroom, black truffle cream, pesto. It was so unbelievably tasty! Very flavorful and decadent. If you visit Pura Vita, this dish is a must!
We also really enjoyed the Linguine Di Mare, Sauteed Swiss Chard, and the Cookie Sundae!
The also have vegan Zeppole but we didn't try it this time. We will have to try them next time 😈
