Very good Vegan protein source with announced 51% of protein. Taste and smell are good. Small flakes to be used in sauces, cream, pasta. Of course beaides protein there are carbs (37%) and sugars (12%). But the taste worth it. In the market it’s the best option cost x benefit. Presented in a 1 kg bag (plastic) even 100 % recyclable…could try a paper option . Recommended.
