Cremosa, vellutata, la crema è dolce al punto giusto e ha una giusta punta di acidulo per compensare la dolcezza della base di biscotti e della salsa ai frutti rossi. Semplicemente meravigliosa 😍

Creamy, velvety, the cream has the right sweetness and a bit of sour, so that it compensates perfectly the sweetness of the biscuit base and of the red fruit sauce on top. Simply wonderful 😍
