The chicken-like texture of the tofu was excellent, perfectly crispy. Almond ginger dressing was phenomenal. The kelp noodles were okay, I wish they had put more in the salad.
Note: normally I wouldn’t dare to complain about the staff at a restaurant, let alone a vegan restaurant since I want them to succeed…but our waitress was not very attentive, didn’t even give us silverware until we had to ask for it once our food came. Just felt like maybe it wasn’t her best day, but hopefully this review will help this restaurant improve their customer service so future patrons have a better dining experience
